11.Schezwan Spring Roll (Chinese Food)







-Ingredients


*Cashew
*Samosa Leaf
*Cabbage
*Violet Cabbage
*Carrot
*Capcicum
*Spring Onion
*Schezwan Sauce(chilly paste)
*Chilly Flakes
*Honey
*Sugar
*Soya Sauce
*Garlic
*Onion
*Oil
*Pepper powder
*Salt
*Maida Batter(A mix of flour and water)


-Preparation


1.Take a pan and pour the oil first then add chopped  Cashew,Garlic and deep fry it

2.Now add chopped Onion and saute it for 2 minutes then add chopped Capcicum,Cabbage,Violet Cabbage to the same pan and saute it well til it turns into light brown

3.Add a pinch of Pepper powder,1/2 spoon of Chilly flakes,Soya sauce and Schezwan sauce

4.Now add 1/2 spoon of honey and 1/4 spoon of sugar

5.Then saute it well and  add salt for necessary make sure the veggies are cooked well

6.Now add some chopped Spring onion to that and keep the filling to get cool in room temperature

7.Then fill the Veggies into each samosa leaf and roll it,Seal the gaps with maida batter

8.Now deep fry it in a pan using coconut oil

9.Your Crunchy Chinese Schezwan Spring Roll is ready to crush


-Tips

1.Serve it with Chilly (or) Tomato Sauce
