8. Beef Biriyani







-Ingredients

*Beef pieces (medium size) 1kg
*Ginger garlic paste
*Salt
*Pepper powder
*Ghee
*Coconut oil
*Bay leaf 1\2
*Gram 1 tsp
*Cinnamon stick 1 pc
*Clove 2 pcs
*Chopped Onions​ 5 (or) 6
*Chopped Tomatoes 2 (or) 3
*1 lemon
*Chilly powder
*Dhania powder
*Turmeric powder
*Green chilly 3
*Basmathi rice 2 kg
*Chopped coriander leaves
*Chopped mint leaves

-Preparation

1.Take the washed beef pieces in a cooker add 3 spoon of ginger garlic paste,2 tsp of pepper powder,Pinch of turmeric powder and salt for taste.

2.Add water for necessary and precook the beef pieces in the cooker for 3 whistle.

3.Keep the beef stock aside.

4.Now take a Biriyani kadai and add 4 tsp of ghee,2 spoon of coconut oil,1/2 bay leaf,1 cinnamon stick ,2 pcs of clove and gram.

5.Now Saute it well till the aroma comes and then add the chopped Onions into it.

6.Saute it well till the onion turns brown and then add the chopped tomatoes.

7.Now add 1 Lemon (or) curd,chilly powder (for necessary),2 tsp of dhania powder and saute it well till all get mix and roasted well.

8.Then add the pre cooked beef pieces to the kadai along with that add Chopped coriander and mint leaves.

9.Now add the beef stock and necessary water to cook the 2kgs of rice.

10.Add more salt for taste before adding the basmathi rice.

11.Now add the basmathi rice to the kadai and stir it without breaking the form of the rice.

12.Add more ghee for flavour and cook it in low flame.

13.Your spicy Beef Biriyani is ready to serve.


-Tips

1.Beef stock (The water which we used to cook the beef)

2.Make sure the salt is over the limit before adding the rice beacuse once u add the rice the salt Wil be alright.
