9. Ari pathiri (Rice pathiri)



-Ingredients

*Rice flour
*Sunflower oil
*Chopped green chilly
*Chopped onions (Very small)
*Hot Water
*Salt

-Preparation

1.Take the rice flour in a bowl and pour hot water for necessary

2.Now add the chopped onion,green chilly and add salt for taste

3.Mix it all together and keep it to dry for 30 minutes

4.After 30 minutes make the mixed flour in round shape by pressing it using a cup,presser and tins etc....

5.Then deep fry the round shaped Mixed flour

6.Now your delicious Ari pathiri is ready to serve

-Tips

1.Serve it with beef roast
2.Its a dish from kerela
3.You can have this with egg roast too...
