14. Cubano (Cuban Sandwich)



-Ingredients:


*Chicken (Chopped)
*Cabbage (Chopped)
*Onion (Roundly sliced)
*Tomato (Roundly sliced)
*Cucumber (Roundly sliced)
*Bread
*Butter
*Cheese slice
*Ghee
*Lime juice
*Mustard
*Chilly sauce
*Coconut oil


-Preparation:

1.First take the chicken in a bowl and add salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder for taste and pepper powder for necessary

2.Now drizzle some water and mix it.Then add more cornflour and mix it once again

3.Now take a pan and fry the chicken using coconut oil

4.Then take a bread slice and apply butter to one side of the slice

5.Now take a pan heat it and  pour some ghee

6.Then keep the bread over the pan and remember one thing the surface without butter should be down

7.Now add some cabbage and fried chicken on the same bread

8.Then add chilly paste over that and keep a slice of cheese

9.Now add 2 onion slice, 2 tomato slice and Cover the pan with a lid for 5 mins

10.Then take the lid and keep another plain slice of bread

11.Now keep 4 slices of cucumber, add some mustard  sauce and lemon juice

12.Then take a bread and apply some butter on one side of the slice

13.Now keep the surface without butter facing up and add some ghee over that

14.Now rotate the sandwich upside down leave for 5 minutes until it get cooked

15.You're delicious Cubano🌮 is ready to serve

-Tips:

1.Don't add more cheese
2.Slice the veggies properly
3.Deep fry the chicken
4.The veggies should be always raw in Cubano🌮
