23. Home Made Crispy Vada





-Ingredients:

*White dhal ( White Gram,Uzhundhu)
*Warm water
*Chopped Onion
*Curry leaves
*Salt
*Black pepper
*Chopped green chilly
*Coconut oil (or) Veg oil


-Preparation:

*Take some warm water in a bowl and add some dhal to the same

*Soak it in warm water for 30 minutes

*After 30min take the dhal separately from the water

*Now grind it using a grinder (or) mixer whole grinding just drizzle some water

*Once the dhal forms into a non sticky paste form take it in a bowl and add the finely chopped Onion, Chilly and Curry leaves

*Add some black pepper and salt for taste

*Now fry it using the oil

*The important thing is before pouring the paste make a perfect hole in the middle with your thumb finger

*Youre crispy Home made vada is ready to serve



-Tips:

*Serve it with chutney

*Make a hole before pouring its important

*Serve with Hot coffee☕

*Dont add excess of water
