26. Beef Ularthiyathu (Traditional Dry Beef)
-Ingredients:
*Beef 1kg finely chopped
*Coconut Oil
*Curry leaves
*Small onion
*Ginger garlic paste
*Ginger (Finely chopped)
*Garlic (Finely chopped)
*Green chilly
*Turmeric powder
*Salt
*Chilly powder
*Fennel powder
*Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
*Coriander leaves
*Pandanus leaf 1 (Ramba leaf)
*Pepper powder
*Brass Kadai ( Will make the beef cook slowly and also Increases the taste)
*Chopped coconut pieces
*Water 30ml
-Preparation:
1. Take the beef in a separate vessel then add salt ,Turmeric powder and Ginger garlic paste to it
2. Mix it well and add chilly powder, Chopped Onion (Small), Coconut pieces , Dhania powder salt and Fennel powder to it
3. Now add curry leaves and drizzle 30ml of water to it then mix it all together
4. Manirate the beef for 1hour
5. Then after 1hour take a brass Kadai and add Coconut oil for necessary
6. Now add Chopped small onion and saute it well
7. Then add chopped Green Chilly, Garlic, salt and ginger to the kadai and saute it well
8. After that add the Manirated beef in the same kadai
9. Now saute it till it becomes very dry and at the same time make sure that the beef is cooked well
10. Now atlast add the Coriander and pandan leaves to the top
11.Youre Traditional Beef Ularthiyathu π΄ is ready to serve
-Tips:
1.Don't add water apart from the 30ml
2.Use Only Brass
3.Have it with Paratha and Pathiri (or) any Breads
