27.Tuna Barbecue (Fish Barbecue)







-Ingredients:


*Round Cut Fish (Tuna)
*Onion 2ns (for 20pcs)
*Tomato 1/2 (for 20pcs)
*Minced Coriander leaves(50gm)
*Minced Mint leaves (50gm)
*2chopped green chilly
*Ginger & Garlic paste (6 to 8tbspn)
*Chilly powder (as required)
*Dhania powder (as required)
*Turmeric Powder (as required)
*Pepper powder (as required)
*Garam masala powder (2 tbspn)
*Salt (to taste)
*Curd (as required)
*Tandoori chicken powder (3tbspn)
*Lemon juice (4 tbspn)
*Olive oil (4 tbspn)
*BBQ Sauce and Soya Sauce (tbspn)
*Barbecue stove and Coal



-Preparation:

1.Wash the fish pieces clearly and make small fine lines over that with knife

2.Then take the chopped Tomatoe's,Onion's green chilly ,Minced Coriander & Mint leaves in a mixer and make a paste by blending it

3. Now take the fish in a Bowl and mix it  adding Ginger garlic paste first

4.Then add salt for taste followed by that add the lemon juice over it

5.Now add the paste which you made and mix it well with with the fish

6.Then add BBQ and Soya sauce,chilly powder,Dhania powder,Turmeric powder,Garam masala and pepper powder for taste

7.Mix it well alltogether and add olive oil,Tandoori Chicken powder simultaneously  while mixing

8.Mix it continuosly for half and hour till the paste get immersed into the fish

9.Now once it's done Manirate the fish for Min 8hrs to Max 24hrs in refrigerator

10.After the Maniration Barbecue the fish in Barbecue stove using coal

11.Use tongs to rotate the fish

12.Now You're Hot fluffy BBQ Tuna is ready to serve #Serve it with Mayonnaise and Soft drinks




-Tips:


1.Don't break the fish

2.Tuna is preferably good than other fishes

3.Garnsih it will lemon onion etc....
