 41. Caramelised Onion Chicken roast




- Ingredients :-







*Chicken - 1kg

*Fried Onions - 750gms

*Tomatoes FC - 200gms

*Green chilly paste - 30gms

*Ginger & Garlic Paste - 4tbspn

*Chilli powder - as required

*Salt - as required

*Garam masala - 3tbspn

*Fennel powder - 3tbspn

*Corn flour - 20gms 

*Coriander leaves - as required

*Lemon - 1no

*Oil - as required

*Pepper powder - 2tbspn



- Preparation :-


( Marination and Frying)


1. Clean the chicken and set it aside in a bowl without water

2. Now add the lemon juice, Ginger & Garlic Paste 2tbspn and salt to the Chicken 

3. Rub it and mix it well on the chicken then add garam masala 2tbspn, Fennel powder 2tbspn and Chilli Powder as you required

4. Then rub it well all together. At last add cornflour to it and mix well 

5. Let the marinated chicken rest for 3hrs and then deep fry it


(Chicken roast)


1. Add a bit of oil in a pan and saute` the fine Chopped tomatoes then add 2tbspn of Ginger & Garlic Paste. 

2. Once the raw smell goes off add the green chilly paste to the pan and followed by that add fried onions.

3. Once when it is mixed all together add the fried chicken to the pan.

4. Then add  Garam masala 1tbspn, Pepper powder 2tbspn, Fennel powder 1tbspn and salt as required. 

5. Now drizzle 10ml to 15ml of water above it and cook well in low flame untill the raw smell goes 

6. At last add Coriander leaves above the Chicken and serve it hotπŸ”₯
