28.Chicken Hot Pepper Fry πŸ’₯







-Ingredients:-

*Fresh Chicken 1,500gm
*Pepper
*Chilli powder
*Salt
*Kasuri methi
*Curd (2tbspn optional)
*Ginger Garlic paste
*Turmeric powder
*Corn flour (3 tbspn)
*Lemon (1 full)
*Egg 3no (Only White yolk)
*Garam masala
*Onion paste (Onion 2no)
*Coriander leaves (fine Chopped)
*Coconut oil (2 tbspn)



-Preparation:-

1.Take the Chicken in a separate vessel and add 5tbspn of Ginger garlic paste to it.

2.Then add 1tbspn of turmeric Powder and add salt for taste.

3.Now add less chilli powder and more Pepper powder according to your taste.

4.Now mix it well and then add Kasuri methi,Egg white and Garam masala.

5.Again mix it well. Then add 1 full lemon juice and add Curd (opt)

6.Now add the onion paste, Corn flour and add 2tbspn of Coconut oil.

7.Mix it alltogether well for Atleast 5min and then add chopped coriander leaves to it.

8.Now marinate the chicken for 45mins to 1hr.

9.Then fry it in fresh coconut oil and add seasoning if you like.

10.Serve it HOTπŸ’₯


-Tips:-

1.Add curd if you want.

2.Add seasoning if you want.

3.Fry only in coconut oil.
