29. Capcicon Chicken








-Ingredients:-

*Chicken - 2kg
*Chilly powder (to taste)
*Salt (as required)
*Turmeric powder
*Pepper powder (to taste)
*Coriander powder
*Coconut oil (as required)
*Garam masala
*Mutton chukka powder
*Chicken curry powder
*Egg white ( 2 nos)
*Onion 2no (Fine chopped)
*Onion 4no (Sliced)
*Capcicum 1no (Fine chopped)
*Capcicum 1no (Sliced)
*Coriander leaves (Fine chopped)
*Tomato puree ( 200ml)

-Preparation :-

(MARINATION)


1.Take a seperate bowl to make Marination  paste now at first add  pinch of turmeric powder and salt.

2.Then add Garam masala, Chilly powder, Coriander powder and pepper powder as required.

3.Now add little Coconut oil as required.

4.Now add the white egg, Mutton chukka and Chicken curry powder to it.

5.Mix it well and make a thick paste.

6.Now add this paste to the chicken and mix it well.

7.Taste it once at last if anything is required add as u want

8.Now partially fry the marinated chicken in fresh Coconut oil and Garnish it with coriander leaves

(CAPCICON CHICKEN)

9.Now take a seperate pan and saute the sliced onion in coconut oil

10.Add salt to taste and once the onion turns brown add the scliced capcicum.

11.Now saute it well and add Pepper powder, Chilly powder, Chicken curry and mutton chukka masala simultaneously for taste.

12.Now saute it well and add the tomatoe puree once all the raw Smell gets off.

13.Mix it well and add the Fried chicken at the final stage.

14.Now mix it alltogether and saute it untill the chicken emitts water along with oil.

15.At last add the fine chopped Onions, Capcicum together and mix it.

16.Now garnish it with fine chopped coriander leaves.

17. Your juicy tender Capcicon Chicken is ready to serve.



-Tips:-

1.Serve it hot for good taste
2.Don't add chopped tomatoes
3.Serve it with Rice and Indian Breads
4.Use only coconut oil
