32. Mangolian Beef




 - Ingredients

* Oil ( Refined Veg oil)
* Chopped beef ( Jardiniere Shape)
* Pepper powder
* Salt
* Corn flour
* Chopped Garlic and Ginger
* Spring Onion
* Green Chilly ( fine chopped)
* Onion ( chopped)
* Soya Sauce
* Sugar
* Water


- Preparations :-


1. Take the cut pieces of beef in pressure cooker then add water and salt for necessary

2. Add 2( tbspn) of pepper powder to it

3. Now cook the beef for almost 3 whistle in low flame

4. Once the beef is cooked keep it aside and let the beef stock remains safe

5. Now dust the beef in cornflour and partially fry it in oil

6. Then take a seperate pan (or) kadai and add oil to it

7. Then add the fine chopped garlic, ginger and chilly now saute` it well

8. Now check for seasoning

9. Now add Chopped onion and a spoon of Soya sauce

10. Saute` it well untill the raw smell goes off

11. Now add a pinch of sugar for taste and Sprinkle some stock water in it ( Add more stock water if you want it in a liquid form)

12. Now once the  for meat gets cooked check for seasoning and sprinkle it with spring onion

13. You're Mangolian beef is ready to go ONπŸ’₯



- Tips :-

1. Add proper amount of Soya sauce and sugar

2. You can add more to it if you want it in a liquid form
