35. Mughlai Chicken Tandoor 🍴



-Ingredients:-


* Chicken whole (or) cut pieces
*Mustard Oil ( 2tbspn)
*Dijon Mustard
*Salt
*Green Chilly paste
*Curd (2 cups)
*Ginger garlic paste
*Lemon (1/2)
*Garam masala
*Chilly powder
*Chilly powder (Kashmiri)
*kasuri methi (optional)


Preparation :-


1. At first take the meat and make cuts over it inorder to marinate well

2. After that apply the ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard oil and a bit of salt to the chicken

3. Then take a seperate vessel and add curd at first then add the chilly paste, garam masala and mix it well

4. Then add Dijon mustard to it

5. Now mix it well and add chilly powder and salt as required

6. At last add the kasuri methi and Kashmiri chilly a pinch (or)  1 tbspn

7. Now blend it well and make a good paste

8. Then spread and apply the paste all over the chicken thoroughly

9. Once it's done keep the chicken for min 4hrs to max 6hrs in marination

10. After the marination is done tandoor it using coal



- Tips:-

1. Serve it with salad and mayonnaise

2. Don't add excess amount of Mustard oil

3. You should have a proper heated coal to make it out

4. Marination time of 6 hrs will enhance the texture and taste of the tandoor
