37. Oven Baked Tangy Chicken

- Ingredients :-

*Chicken - 1kg
*Salt - to taste
*Chilli flakes - few as req
*Mustard paste - 3tbspn
*Lemon 1no - Sliced
*Spring Onion 2no  - Diced
*Pepper - as req
*Olive oil / Refined Oil - For marination
*Garlic FC - 4tbspn
*Honey - as req


- Preparation :-

1. Clean the chicken with turmeric water

2. Then at first add pepper salt to the chicken as seasoning

3. Then take a separate bowl to make the  paste  for marination

4. Add garlic, chilli flakes, Honey, Salt, Pepper , Mustard paste  and Oil to it and mix well untill it becomes a paste

5. Now let the chicken get rest for 1hr to 30 mins

6. Then at atlast arrange the chicken pieces in a baking tray

7. After that add the lemon slice and spring onion above it

8. Now bake it for 20 mins @ 180°c


- Tips:-

1. Olive or Refined Oil can be also used
2. Lemon should not be squeezed
3. Don't add too much of Mustard paste
4. Serve it hot with French breads
