38. Curry leaves Prawn (Karuveppilai Era)🍤🦐

- Ingredients :-

* Prawns - 500gm
* Curry leaves - Juliene and whole
* Onions FC - 2
* Garlic and ginger - FC
* Salt - as req
* Pepper powder - as req
* Chilly powder - 2 tbspn
* Turmeric powder - a pinch
* Garam masala - 1/2 tbspn
* Coriander powder - 1 tbspn
* Coriander leaves - as req
* Green chilly - 4 no
* Cumin - 1tbspn
* Oil - as req

- Preparation:-

1. Add the whole curryleaves, Coriander leaves, green Chilly, Cumin seeds, Salt and the Powders together in a mixer and blend it into a fine paste by adding some water as well

2. Meanwhile add some seasoning of pepper and salt to the prawn. Let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes

3. Now take a pan add some oil in it and then add the fine chopped ginger and garlic into it

4. Then add the fine chopped onions and saute` it well

5. Then add the fine blended paste into the same pan let it cook for 5 to 7 min in slow flame.

6. After that add the seasoned prawn into the pan and give it a gentle mix.

7. Let it get cook well for another 10min

8. At last temper the  shredded curryleaves and add it to the same pan

9. You're curryleaves prawn is ready to serve



- Tips:-

1. FC means fine chopped
2. You can try the same with lobster or squid as well
