- Ingredients:-

* Lamb curry cut - 1kg

* Garlic crushed - 50gm

* Chilly powder - 3tbspn

* Salt - to taste

* Lemon juice - 1tbspn

* Dhania powder - 2tbspn

* Fennel powder - 4tbspn

* Ginger & Garlic paste - 50gm

* Onion - 600 gm (Fine Sliced)

* Tomatoes - 250gm (Fine Sliced)

* Coconut oil - as req

* Green chilly - 10gm 

* Coriander leaves - 2spring





- Preparation:- 

1. Take the mutton in a separate bowl and add crushed garlic, coriander leaves, 2tbspn of ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt as req. Let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator or room temperature. 

2. Now take a saucepan and add coconut oil as req to saute` the onion. Once the onion turns to slight brown add some salt and the rest of the Ginger & garlic paste and green chilly to the pan let it cook for 10 mins until the raw smell goes off. 

3. After that add tomatoes to the pan and followed by that add rest of the powdered spices to it. 

4. let it all cook for 5mins more and let the flavors of all the ingredients which we used to get mixed well.

5. Now add the marinated mutton into the same base by adding a little water according to your preference. Check the seasoning as well. 

6. Keep the range in low flame so the mutton will slow cook for almost 90mins to 120mins approx. 

7. Once the mutton is cooked well. Serve it with flavored rice or slices of bread. 

8. Trust us this recipe will make miracles in your kitchen. 




- Tips:-

1. You can also pre-cook the lamb using the pressure cooking method.
2. Slow cooking is the best option since it releases a lot of aroma and flavors.
