5.Fish Tawa Fry




-Ingredients

*Fresh fish
*Coriander leaves
*Curd
*Lemon
*Onion
*Ginger garlic paste
*Salt
*Chilly powder
*Turmeric powder
*Dhania powder
*Coconut oil
*Olive oil


-Preparation

1.Take some fresh fishes and clean the fish fully

2.Now make some cross cuts randomly on the two sides of the fish

3.Now add some chopped coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste

4.Then add curd,salt,dhania powder and chilly powder for necessary

5.Now add a pinch of turmeric powder and 1 spoon of olive oil

6.Mix all together make the masala mix allover the fish properly and keep the fish to dry for 20 minutes

7.Now take a non stick Tawa and add very few drops of coconut oil

8.Deep fry the fish properly without adding oil and close the pan while the fish is frying

9.Make sure whether it's fried and cooked well.Chopp some onion and squeeze lemon tooo

10.Hav the Onion with the fry.. Your fresh Tawa fry is ready to serve...

-Tips

1.Take normal size fishes for fry nor smaller (or) Bigger

2.Mix the masala properly

3.Use very few drops of oil
