kaipola Banana Cake

Kaipola (banana cake)


-Ingredients:

*3 chopped banana's
*3 eggs
*Dry fruits (cashew ,dry grapes)
*Sugar (8 tablespoon)
*Ghee

- Procedure

1.Take the chopped banana's in a bowl and Add 3 spoon's of ghee and Roast it using oven (or) a pan
2.Once the banana get roasted in the same bowl add a spoon of ghee and roast the dry fruits
3.Now take a big bowl and add 3 eggs and 8 table spoon's of sugar mix it altogether
4.Then add the roasted banana and dry fruits into the same bowl and mix well
5.Now spread some ghee over a oven plate and bae this @200 c for 20 minutes
6.Make sure whether its cooked well if not keep it for 5 or 10 more minutes
7.Make it to cool in room temperature and your delicious kaipola is ready to serve

-Tips

1. If you don't have an oven bake it using a non stick tawa or pressure cooker.
