17.Tapioca Mash (kappa) with Chicken Roast (Naadan Kozhi)















-Ingredients:

*Tapioca
*Water
*Coconut Oil
*Grated coconuts
*Mustard Seeds
*Curry leaves
*Small onion
*Chicken (Country Fowl)
*Onion
*Green Chilly
*Chilly powder
*Salt
*Dhania Powder
*Garam masala


-Preparation:

*Tapioca Mash

1.Remove the skin and cut the tapioca into pieces then wash it neatly

2.Now heat a pan and pour some water to cook the tapioca

3.Once the water is ready add the tapioca pieces and salt for taste into the pan

4.Cook it for 15mins to 20mins

5.Then take the pan out and keep the cooked tapioca pieces separately in another vessel

6.Now add some coconut oil in a pan and followed by that add a pinch of mustard seeds

7.Then add Curry leaves,Grated Coconuts and chopped small onions

8.Saute it well and add to the tapioca pieces now mash and mix it altogether

9.You're delicious Tapioca Mash is Ready To serve


*Chicken Roast (Naadan Kozhi)


1.Take a kadai  and add some coconut oil to that

2.Then add 5 Chopped onions,6 Green chilly and saute it until it turns light brown

3.Now add salt for taste then add the washed chicken pieces

4.Mix it altogether then add Chilly powder for taste

5.Then add 1spoon of dhania powder and 1/2spoon of Garam masala

6.Drizzle some water to the chicken and saute it well

7.Saute it until the chicken gets cooked well

8.You're Spicy Chicken Roast is ready to serve



-Tips:

*Take only Country fowl
*Don't add tomatoes or any other vegetables
