34. Schezwan Drumstick Chicken 🔥



- Ingredients :-

*Chicken Drumsticks
*Ginger garlic ( Grated or Paste)
*Pepper
*Green Chilly ( Fine chopped)
*Lemon ( half no)
*Vinegar
*Corn flour
*Cooking oil
*Garlic ( Fine chopped)
*Onion ( Cubed)
*Onion ( Fine chopped )
*Carrot ( 1 no fine chopped)
*Salt
*Sugar ( a pinch)
*Tamarind syrup ( 1 tspn)
*Corn flour (3tbspn liquid)
*Honey ( 1/2 tspn )
*Soy sauce
*Chilly flakes
*Schezwan sauce
*Coriander leaves ( fine chopped)
*White sesame seed


- Preparation :-

1. Take the chicken drumsticks in a bowl and make small cuts over two sides of the chicken

2. Now add Pepper (1tbspn) , Ginger and garlic ( 1 tbspn grated or paste), vinegar (1/2 tspn), Lemon ( 1/2 no), Cornflour, chopped green Chilly and salt for taste

3. Now mix it all together with the chicken and marinate it for 1hr

4. Once the meat is marinated fry it in Cooking oil

5. Now take a separate pan or kadai and add some little oil followed by that add the chopped garlic once it turned slight brown then add chopped and cubed Onion, Carrot and saute it well

6. Then add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, chilly flakes ( 1 tbspn), Tamarind syrup, and cornflour ( liquid form) now mix and cook  it well

7. Now add a pinch of sugar and salt for taste

8. Then add honey ( 1/2 tspn) and saute it well altogether till it becomes to a paste

9. Now cook it untill the raw smell goes off

10. Once it's done add the fried chicken into it and cook it under low flame for 15min

11. Atlast check for seasoning and add some fine chopped coriander

12. Garnish it with white sesame seeds now your tangy watery Schezwan Drumstick Chicken 🔥 is ready to serve

- Tips:-

1. Saute is more important in this dish so do it correctly

2. Don't add too much off ingredients but pepper and salt is about your preference

3. Especially don't add too much of sugar, honey, cornflour and the sauces
