39. Creme Cauliflower 🥣






-Ingredients :-

* Cauliflower - 1no
* Salt
* Pepper
* Corn flour
* All purpose flour - 3tbspn
* Mozarella cheese
* Oregano
* Chilli flakes
* Fresh cream - 6tbspn
* Fresh water
* Butter

-Preparation :-

1. Cut the cauliflower into small floral parts
and blanch it in a vessel by adding some salt in the water.

2. Next take a saucepan and add 3 tbspn of butter into it then add fresh cream simultaneously into the pan.

Note :- continuously whisk it while adding the ingredients

3. Followed by that add the flour into it as 1 spoon per time.

4. Now sprinkle some cornflour. Then add salt and pepper for taste.

5. Whisk continuously in a low flame till it comes to saucy texture.

6. Now add the blanched Cauliflower into that and give a gentle mix. Keep the pan on the flame for 5 min

7. Now serve it hot by adding some grated cheese, Oregano and Chilli flakes on the top


- Tips:-

1. Don't add the ingredients together
2. You have to whisk continuously from the start to end of the process
